1. Summary
This website sets no cookies.
We use no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing is loaded from an external server when you open a page — fonts, styles and images are all served from italk.hr itself.
Because we store nothing that requires your permission, there is no cookie consent banner to accept or dismiss.
2. What We Do Store
One item, in your browser’s local storage:

Local storage is not a cookie. It stays on your device and is never sent to our server or to anyone else — it exists only so the site does not flash the wrong theme at you on your next visit.
If you never use the theme switch, even this is not written.
You can remove it at any time through your browser’s “Clear browsing data” or developer tools. Removing it only means the site will follow your operating system’s light/dark setting again.
3. Language Preference
Your language choice is not stored either. English and Croatian are separate
addresses — italk.hr and italk.hr/hr — so the page you are on is the
preference. Bookmark whichever you prefer.
4. Server Logs
Our website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited), which keeps standard server request logs. These are ordinary web server records, not cookies, and they are not used to build a profile of you:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- The page requested
- Browser and operating system reported by your browser
We rely on these only for security and troubleshooting. Google acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. See our Privacy Policy for the legal basis and retention period.
5. Links to Other Websites
Our pages link to sites we do not control — LinkedIn, GitHub, Toptal, WhatsApp, Google Maps and the public registries cited in our legal pages. Following a link is what activates those services, not visiting our site; nothing is loaded from them until you click. Once you are on their site, their own cookie and privacy policies apply:

There is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off here — we do not track visitors under any setting.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we ever introduce cookies or analytics, we will update this policy before doing so and add a consent mechanism where the law requires one. Significant changes will be announced on this website.
